This spark ignites a dangerous feud. The Tragedy: A tragic incident leads to the death of Sanjay's wife, Saisri (Rashmika Mandanna). In her memory, her organs are donated to three different people: a young boy from a Mumbai slum, a woman struggling with a patriarchal family (Kajal Aggarwal), and a heartbroken college student. The Mission: When the vengeful Minister targets these three organ recipients to hurt Sanjay, he moves to Mumbai to protect them. The film shifts into a "messiah" narrative where Sikandar fights to save these strangers, who now literally carry a piece of his late wife.
